Hi. I’m Sharon, founder and CEO of Matrix Point, Inc. I am a leadership consultant and coach. I help business experts increase their success based on how they lead. People who work with me generate better business outcomes, better team results, and more opportunities in their careers.

I am an experienced business leader myself. I learned firsthand that a successful transition from expert to effective leader is not intuitive. It can be learned, however. So, I developed and perfected our PEARS Method to help my clients accomplish just that.

My education and experience are aligned to serve you. I am a Stanford Graduate School of Business Sloan Fellow, with a BA in Psychology from SF State University. I am an ICF and an EMCC internationally Certified Professional Coach. Additionally, I am a certified Team Coach Practitioner, to help leaders build high-value teams. And I am a certified Red Team Coach, to help improve critical thinking/ decision-making in teams.
