Our Kickstarter is a short sprint program designed to work with a single individual, a small group of peer professionals, or your direct report team.

To move quickly, we use personality profiling and 360 information to choose a singular goal and plan. In a series of four meetings, we charge ahead toward your goal. Along the way, we help you understand where your sprint fits in to your overall development as a successful leader.

We work with individuals through one-on-one coaching. Coaching is a process that generates targeted change.
